WHAT IS A SMASHBURGER 🍔 AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM CLASSIC BURGERS?
At HIDEOUT, we crush the meat against our hot griddle, achieving a crisp crust full of flavor, while cooking quickly and it's juicy inside. Unlike classic hamburgers, which are Thicker and cooked without crushing, Smashburgers have that touch crunchy on the outside that makes them irresistible.
WHERE DOES THE MEAT IN YOUR SMASHBURGERS COME FROM?
Although it may seem like it, the meat in our Smashburgers doesn't come from the sky. We use 100% veal raised in Girona, close to our restaurants, ensuring freshness and quality in every bite.
